The Fused Alumina Division produces its high purity fused products from the special quality Alumina made by a co-division within the company. The broad variety of refractory (EKR) and abrasive (EKF, EKP) white corundum grains is manufactured according to various customer-specific requirements also.

The grains classified according to FEPA are used to produce abrasive paper, grinding and cutting wheels, but may also be widely applied in the fields of shot blasting surface treatment. These product are offered under names of EKF and EKP for the production of grinding wheels and abrasive paper.

The Fused Mullite, Aluminium-Magnesium Spinel, Zirconia Mullite products are highly applicable to meet the most recent requirements of refractory industry.
